Thursday’s meal is Chicken Shawarma or you can make it a vegetarian meal with roasted cauliflower. (or add a side of cauliflower to your chicken bowl!)
Warm oven-roasted chicken or cauliflower with a spicy-sweet mix of Middle Eastern spices: coriander, cumin, cinnamon and cloves, served with roasted beetroot hummus, grilled onions, a chickpea and grain salad, tomatoes and cucumber and tangy tahini with a kick of harissa sauce. Enjoy the Shawarma bowl with a side of cooling cucumber raita and za'atar toasted pita chips.
